2. Simple medical screening

This part’s important. We’ll guide you through a short medical screening to understand your health needs. You’ll need to tell us about: 

• any conditions you’ve had symptoms, treatment or tests for in the last 2 years 

• any heart or circulatory conditions, past or present 

You can do this online, or over the phone if you’d rather speak to someone. 

3. Get your quote

Once we know a bit more about you and your trip, we’ll walk you through your quote. 

Choose from our three levels of cover and add any extras like cruise and winter sports cover if they suit your plans. 

If we can cover your medical conditions, they’ll be included in your quote – so you’ll know exactly where you stand before you go.

Am I covered for sports with my travel insurance?

You’ll be covered for most sports and activities on your travel insurance policy without having to tell us. Just make sure you’re not taking part on a competitive basis, and you’ll be good to go!

Do I need to tell you about my pre-existing health conditions?

It’s really important you let us know about your health, so we can personalise your cover to your needs. By covering your health conditions with your travel insurance, you’ll be covered to take part in the sports and activities you enjoy while on holiday. Even when living with a health condition.

Telling us about your health conditions is really simple – you can either do this online or over the phone.

Can I get golf travel insurance?

Golf is covered as standard with travel insurance, meaning you’re protected for personal liability and medical emergencies when playing your favourite sport on holiday.

With our optional golf travel insurance add-on, available on Classic and Deluxe policies, you’ll be covered for your golfing equipment (hire or your own). If you get a hole-in-one, our optional golf add-on will cover you for a round of drinks at the bar!
