How to make a claim

If you need to make a claim, please obtain a claim form by downloading or by contacting the appropriate Avanti Travel Insurance claims service at the earliest opportunity upon your return. Please have your policy details available.


For policies purchased on or after 1st December 2017:

Please download from the appropriate pdf forms below. You will need to download and submit a form for each area you would like to make a claim. Please send your completed form or forms to Avanti Travel Insurance Claims at the following postal or email address, or telephone if you would prefer to receive a paper form.

International Passenger Protection claims only – any occurrence which may give rise to a claim should be advised as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event within 14 days

IPP will only accept claims submitted up to six months after the failure. Any claims submitted after the six month period will NOT be processed

Terrorism Cancellation Cover claims only

Cover will not apply if You notify us more than 30 days after the occurrence of any Insurance Event.
