You can update your marketing preferences directly in your My Avanti account by following the steps below:
- Access your My Avanti account.
- Once logged in, select “My Account Details”.
- Select “My Marketing Preferences”.
- Select or de-select the options required.
- Click “Update”.
Changing your address
Updating the address linked to your account is quick and easy:
- Access your My Avanti account.
- Once logged in, select “My Account Details”.
- Select “My Details”.
- Enter your new postcode and select “Find Address”.
- Choose your address from the drop-down list.
- Click “Save Changes”.
Changing your phone number
You can update your contact number at any time through your My Avanti account:
- Access your My Avanti account.
- Once logged in, select “My Account Details”.
- Select “My Details”.
- Enter your new number in “Telephone 1” or “Telephone 2”.
- Select “Save Changes”.
Changing your email address
To update the email address linked to your account, follow the steps below:

Can I change my date of birth online?
At the moment, it isn’t possible to change your date of birth through your My Avanti account.

You can access and print your validation certificate through your My Avanti account:
- Log in to your My Avanti account.

- Your validation certificate will open and can be printed.
