Why not spin that on its head this year and make an effort to start your new way of life while you are away. Visiting places such as Italy and Greece will give you the perfect opportunity to experience the renowned Mediterranean diet; a diet that has been touted as being one of the healthiest in world.
Enjoy the fresh produce and cut back on the amount of red and processed meat that you eat while you are away. Again, holiday destinations provide the perfect setting for such changes, as the warm weather naturally encourages you to eat less and more healthily anyway.
