Peter Stringfellow to lead new Avanti Advertising Campaign
On January 2nd 2016 Avanti are launching a new advertising campaign which includes Peter Stringfellow.
Avanti has been growing ever since its launch and are now looking to take the next step in their development with a different approach to the brand. Glen Smith, Avanti CEO says ‘We have such a fantastic offer, we want to promote this to a wider audience and make Avanti the first choice travel insurance for our target audience. We don’t just provide insurance for the over 50’s and people with pre-existing medical conditions, we make holidays happen…. we’re ‘The Holiday Makers’ rather than just another insurance company. We don’t see age as an obstacle, we see it as an opportunity! ‘
Peter Stringfellow is the personality and face of the new campaign which includes a nationwide TV campaign. Love or hate him, he is something of a national treasure! He is a positive and down-to-earth individual who has the spirit and attitude with which Avanti want to be associated as a company. He is an older gentleman (looking good at 76!) who keeps active, is constantly travelling and very much young at heart. In his own words ‘I think I’m going to live forever….’
