Il Val Di Sole – Italy

The River Noce runs through the spectacular Val di Sole in the Brenta-Dolomite mountains of northern Italy. It’s one of the top white water kayaking rivers in the world. Spey – Scotland

Stretching 60 miles from the Scottish Highlands down to the sea at Spey Bay, the River Spey is the perfect kayaking adventure for novices and families with older children. The trip starts at a gentle pace passing through spectacular Scottish scenery including pine forests, heather-clad hills and the world famous whiskey region where you’ll get the chance to spot red deer and golden eagles. You can camp under the stars during this 4-5 day trip, or stop off and taste a ‘wee dram’ in one of the welcoming Scottish inns along the way. As the River Fiddich flows into the Spey towards the end of your journey, you’ll get the chance to test your skills on the more challenging rapids.
